• What is the date, time, and location of the wedding?
  • The date of the wedding is Saturday, April 5th, 2025. The ceremony begins at 4pm EST and the reception is to follow. The location of the wedding is at Archeo, located in the Distillery District at 31 Trinity St, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4 in Canada.
• What is the dress code for the wedding?
  • The dress code is formal/semi-formal attire, which means no jeans or t-shirts. Formal dresses and suits are preferred. No white dresses, of course.
• Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
  • Please refer to your invitation or check with the us at [email protected].
• Are children invited to the wedding?
  • Yes, children are invited to the wedding as well, just be sure to RSVP them as a child over or under the age of 13.
• What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
  • The RSVP has a section where you can note any dietary restrictions or allergies, please list the name of the person and their dietary restriction/allergy (ex. Melissa Vieira - Vegetarian).
• Where can I find the Wedding Registry?
  • Since Melissa is planning to move to the U.S., we have decided to not have a wedding registry. For us, you being at our wedding is a gift enough! If you would really like to give us a something, we would prefer a gift towards our future instead.

• How do I RSVP for the wedding?

• When is the RSVP deadline?
  • March 5th, 2025, if you miss the deadline, please reach out to us at [email protected]!
• Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?
  • Yes! You will be able to change your RSVP until the deadline of March 5th.
• What if I didn’t receive an invitation or lost it?
  • Please reach out to us immediately (at [email protected]), we will be able to send you a virtual invitation or provide you with the information you need!

• Where is the wedding venue located, and how do I get there?

  • The wedding venue is located within the Distillery District located on Mill Street and Trinity Street, just south of Front Street East. You can see it on the map here: The Venue

• Are there any nearby hotels or accommodations?

• Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

  • We won’t be providing transportation to and from the venue, but there are plenty of options nearby. There are ridesharing apps like Uber and Lyft, local taxi services, or public transportation via shuttle bus, streetcar, and subway. If you are staying within the downtown area there is usually a lot of traffic and usually taking the subway is a lot quicker!

• What are the parking options at the venue?

  • There are paid public parking (look for a Green P) areas available around the Distillery District. Here is the full list of parking lots:
    • Underground parking garage that is one level with pay-and-display parking meters located at 33 Mill Street. (2 min walk, 120m)
    • Above ground parking along Distillery District (Green P #230) — accessible from Parliament Street. (4 min walk, 300m)
    • Underground parking at 70 Distillery Lane, P1 Level (Green P #267) — accessible from Cherry Street. (4 min walk, 350m)

  The Maker Bean Cafe - 1052 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6H 1M3

  This is Melissa’s favourite cafe. They offer specialty drinks (hot/cold), pastries, macarons, and even have a laser printer for wooden items they sell or to use on macarons. Melissa’s favourite is the flourless brownie!

  Hale Coffee Company - 300 Campbell Ave Unit #103, Toronto, ON M6P 3V6

  This cafe has a very homey and cozy vibe, they serve a variety of coffees, and some pastries. It’s a very cute cafe!

  Sweetie Pie (Distillery District) - 6 Case Goods Lane, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4

  This cafe is located inside the Distillery District and is super cute. They have a variety of desserts to choose from including sweet/savory pies, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, and ice cream! They also have specialty hot and cold drinks!

  🍴 RESTAURANTS

  Earls Kitchen + Bar - 150 King St W #100, Toronto, ON M5H 1J9 (Other locations too)

  Earls is one of our favourite places to go — they are an “upscale casual” dining spot. Their food is a fusion consisting of American, Canadian, and international dishes, offering vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Some items include steak, burgers, sushi, and chicken Hunan kung pao (Melissa’s go-to, but with tofu).

  Eataly Toronto - Manulife Centre, 55 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M4W 1A6

  Eataly is an Italian one-stop shop — they have fresh pasta, pizza, cheese, coffee, and gelato. They have other locations, but their Toronto Yorkville location is the largest! If you plan to come here to eat, we’d recommended getting a reservation as it is almost always busy (rightfully so!). Their food is amazing, but their gelato… their gelato is incredible. We recommend trying the pistachio or coffee flavours, but you can also ask the employee to taste other flavours! Their coffee is also pretty good, although nothing beats the Caffe Crema. It’s like a coffee frappe/iced cappuccino but a thousand times better!

  PLANTA - 1221 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5R 3P5

  PLANTA is a fully vegan restaurant, this location is more Italian-style with pizza and pasta dishes. This spot is one of Melissa’s favourite places to get Margherita pizza. Their bang bang broccoli is also delicious! They have another location on Queen Street that offers more Asian-style cuisine including sushi, maki and hand rolls, and curry rice, just to name a few!

  🍬 DESSERT

  Andrea’s Cookies - 1632 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6P 1A7

  This cookie shop hits the spot when you’re looking for a sweet treat. The shop is open from Wednesday to Saturday, and has similar cookies to Crumbl, but more homemade tasting! They also have another location at 166 Ossington Ave, Toronto, ON M6J 2Z7.

  Eataly Toronto - Manulife Centre, 55 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M4W 1A6

  Yes, that’s right, Eataly is here again. Trust me, their gelato is so good. They also have pastries and cake slices which are just as tasty, but their gelato is what dreams are made of!

  SOMA Chocolatemaker (Distillery District) - 32 Tank House Lane, Toronto, ON M5A 3C4

  Located in the Distillery District, SOMA has the best tasting hot chocolate I’ve ever had (this is Melissa talking, I can’t speak for Muhammad). They also have truffles that are also incredible. There’s windows that allow you to peer into the workers making the chocolate and gelato! It’s the perfect place to warm up with a nice hot cup of hot chocolate.
